Return Policy

SECTION 1 – RETURN POLICY

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Returned by Customer – You should contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

SECTION 2 – SIZE EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange the size of a previously ordered product, please send us an email at office@yugodream.com. Only after receiving a response from us can you send the product back. Size exchange is possible within 4 weeks of receiving the package. Do not send the product for exchange before sending the email.

The product must not be washed or worn and must be returned in the condition it arrived, along with the fiscal receipt. You are responsible for the shipping costs for sending and receiving the new product.

If you want to exchange the existing product for an item from a different category, you need to send us the fiscal receipt so that we can adjust the invoice. When resending the new product from our side, you will only be charged the price difference.

SECTION 3 – ORDER CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order at any time by sending us an email with the exact order number to office@yugodream.com. If the package has not been shipped at the time of cancellation, we will cancel it. If the package has already been shipped, but you still do not wish to accept it, you can refuse it upon delivery by the courier.

SECTION 4 – REFUND

If you want to return a product, you can do so within 4 weeks of receiving it. The product must not be damaged, washed, or worn, and it must be returned in the condition it arrived, along with the fiscal receipt. The value of the returned product (excluding the shipping cost) will be refunded within 5 working days after we receive the package.
