ORDERING
- Visit the product page and choose your preferred options.
- Click the “ADD TO CART” button.
- The page will refresh automatically, and you will see a “VIEW CART” button.
- You can either continue shopping or click the “VIEW CART” button to proceed to the cart page.
- On the cart page, you have the options to “UPDATE CART” or “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.”
- If you choose to proceed to checkout, you will be prompted to enter your billing details.
IMPORTANT: Please select the destination country for shipping before entering your billing details. To do this, choose your country from the provided options and then refresh page
- After refreshing the page, you can then proceed to enter your billing details.
If the delivery address is outside Serbia, the order can be paid via card or Paypal. For payment information you can contact us at office@yugodream.com.
If you are ordering from Serbia or to adress in Serbia you can check option Cash on delivery. The Cash on delivery option is only avaliable in Serbia.

PAYMENT
Payment is made in two ways: 1. Online via cards or PayPal 2. Cash on delivery – Only in Serbia
DELIVERY
Delivery time: Europe: 7 – 14 days, USA: 7 – 14 days, Australia: 20 – 30 days, Serbia: 3 – 7 days
Delivery on territory of Serbia is done by PostExpress courier service. Shipping costs are separately charged and depend on the weight and value of the package and not on the place of delivery. For more information on postage rates, visit the Post Express website.
The buyer receives the postal code of the shipment via e-mail. If the postman does not find a buyer at the specified address, he / she leaves a “Delivery Arrival Report” in the mailbox. If the postman does not leave a report, the shipment can be personally picked up in the mail within 5 days, with the shipment number attached. After 5 days, the package is returned to the sender.

RETURN OF PURCHASED GOODS
In case the delivered model of the product does not match, the buyer can return it or exchange it for another product, the transport costs are being borne by the buyer during the replacement. Before sending the goods, the buyer should inform the Yugodream online shop about their wish to have the product replaced by email at office@yugodream.com.
In the event that the product provided is defective or incorrect, the cost of return is borne by the Yugodream.
Yugodream reserves the right not to receive the product if returned in used condition.
